Art Manegre joined Golf Savings Bank's Commercial Lending Division in 2007.  His prior lending experiences include over 30 years of banking and commercial real estate lending with several national banking institutions.  He is a long time resident of the Puget Sound region and understands the area and the needs of it's real estate investors and developers.  His real estate career also includes several years as EVP of a commercial real estate development company where he was CFO.  Prior to joining Golf, Art owned and managed a company which provided real estate consulting services to variety of clients, including placement of both debt and capital.
