Chris specializes in all types of residential lending and construction financing.

Experience/Background
With 21 years' experience in the mortgage business, Chris has a deep knowledge of lending programs and guidelines. She has worked in all aspects of the business and coordinated training for newly hired loan processors and loan officers. She also taught finance to new real estate agents through Washington Real Estate Academy. Chris has been a loan officer with GSB since 1994 and is a member of the Chairman's Club. A Washington native, she attended Central Washington University.
