Christopher offers a full array of financing products to his clients. His expertise in both conforming and non-conforming loans allows him to analyze each situation and tailor a loan to his client's specific needs, whether those needs are simple or sophisticated. He provides each of his clients with an in-depth financial analysis, including a Consolidation Analysis, Total Cost Analysis and Equity Repositioning Analysis to assist him or her in making a decision as to current loan needs as well as in future financial planning. After the loan is closed, Chris sends a semi-annual Rate Watch Report to advise his clients of interest rate changes, and to give them an opportunity to participate in a more favorable loan program.
Chris brings over fifteen years of industry-specific experience as a wholesale mortgage lending representative and retail loan officer.
Prior to entering the mortgage profession, Chris was a major shareholder and the Vice President of Finance and Administration for Underwater Construction, Inc., of Alaska. He was instrumental in building the construction company from a small start-up position to a profitable $25 million dollar per year enterprise. After the sale of Underwater, Chris took his sophisticated finance talents "stateside" to Seattle, and began acquiring in-depth knowledge and expertise in mortgage financing.
