Marie, who worked in the escrow business for seven years prior to joining Golf in 2007, has her Real Estate Escrow certification.

A member of a women's non-profit group, she was honored as their Woman of the Year for 2006-07 by her chapter sisters. She also received the Order of the Rose for 15 years of service, and, as president of her chapter, was recognized with the Chapter of Achievement Award this past year.

The Seattle native who now resides in West Seattle believes "communication and customer service are keys to a successful escrow closing."
