Experience 
Kathy has over a dozen years of experience in the mortgage business. She joined Golf Savings Bank in 1995 as a loan processor. A quick learner, she was promoted to office manager prior to becoming a loan officer. Kathy believes that her experience in each stage of the loan process gives her the knowledge to succeed. 

What can you expect from Kathy?
Kathy’s goal is to make the home buying process as stress free as possible. She makes it a personal goal to meet or exceed her clients’ expectations of service in every area. When the loan process is complete, she wants to be sure she has a satisfied customer for life.

Who is Kathy Hite?
In addition to her dedication to her career, Kathy is the busy mom of a very active 12-year-old daughter. Together they share their love of horses and can often be found roaming the hills of Kitsap County. They are also active in 4-H. Kathy’s favorite time is sitting around an open campfire, sharing stories with family and friends.
