Lani, who joined Golf in 2006, brings a wealth of experience to her job as a mortgage banker and broker.
Prior to joining Golf, she spent two years with Harbor Fed Mortgage as a CMPS and previously worked as a senior loan officer with Harbor Pointe Financial.
Lani entered the real estate field in 1982, buying her first home. Since then she has bought, sold, financed and refinanced countless homes and mortgages.
A military daughter and wife, moving was a way of life. In 1993 her family moved to Albuquerque, New Mexico following eight years living overseas. That's when she decided to enter real estate on a professional level.
In her first year, she was honored as "Rookie of the Year" for the city of Albuquerque. Moving to Washington State in 2000, she worked as a Real Estate Broker for the first year before moving into the financial end of the business in 2001.
Since then she has achieved a license to teach Continuing Education for Licensed Real Estate Agents and has studied, tested and received her CMPS Designation (Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist).
"Every year I set my goals to go one step further through education, gaining knowledge, understanding and professionalism to better serve my clients. The level of service I provide is what I would expect if I were the client. To only want the best, I must be willing to give the best, and I hope I do! 'Creating clients for life' is my motto.
"I have a wonderful husband of over 22 years, two beautiful children (twins), and I am blessed that my parents live in the local Gig Harbor area as well. Gig Harbor is a great town, and the beautiful Northwest is a magnificent place to live, I look forward to having you as a neighbor."
