In 1986 my career started as a loan processor for an industry leading national bank.  After learning every facet of loan processing and serving 3 years as a high volume loan officer assistant, I was promoted to a loan officer position in 1995.

In earning the trust of real estate agents and their referred clients, I earned a reputation for being reliable, caring, and an expert in the mortgage loan process.  My educational back round consists of Real Estate Principles courses and Real Estate Appraisal courses.  I have also been certified to teach "clock hour" classes to real estate professionals.

Through my years of experience, I have represented financing for major housing developments, worked with investors with multiple properties, as well as individuals and families who are making their first home purchase.  As a real estate investor and homeowner, I empathize with first time buyers who might be intimidated by the loan process.  Many of my satisfied customers will attest I take the extra time to insure they feel comfortable and become fully knowledgeable with the loan process.
