What can you expect from Peter and Dawn James?
Peter and Dawn have been in the lending industry since 1991. Together they have over 30 years of lending experience. Peter has worked in all aspects of mortgage lending, including secondary markets, funding, wholesale, and retail origination. Dawn has also worked in all aspects of mortgage lending, including escrow, wholesale, and retail originations.

Peter and Dawn manage "The James Group" out of the Gig Harbor office of Golf Savings Bank. They are anxious to help you with all your mortgage lending needs.

On a personal side
Peter and Dawn are married and have four children. They reside in Gig Harbor. In their spare time they enjoy all forms of water sports, and spending time at their lake cabin on the Olympic Peninsula with family and friends.
