Experience/Background
With over 25 years of Real Estate experience, Todd gets the job done. During the mid to late 1980’s, Todd was involved with over 50 Real Estate transactions as a Realtor and Foreclosure Liquidator. Todd’s mortgage career began in 1991 in Lynnwood, WA. After 10 years in the wholesale loan business, Todd began retail loan originations in 2001. As a Branch Manager and Training Manager, Todd trained numerous loan originators as well as closing over 120 purchase and refinance transactions.

On a personal side
Todd has lived in Everett, WA for the past 15 years with his wife Lynn. Lynn is an Artist as well as an avid salt water aquarium enthusiast. Todd enjoys golfing, playing guitar, live music, hi-tech gadgets and computers, creating websites, playing with their 2 welsh corgis Ginger and Chief, Mariner’s Baseball as well as most sports and other outdoor activities.
